Ann M. Grillo

Ann M. Grillo is an experienced trial attorney who represents individuals in family and divorce law. Ms. Grillo also aids legal clients in the additional aspects of business, employment and general litigation.

Ms. Grillo is known for her attentiveness to her clients’ needs, her fierce advocacy, and her ability to negotiate favorable settlements for her clients. She has decades of experience in all areas of family law including: custody; child support; division of marital assets; alimony; guardianship; prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; contempt; protective orders; modifications; and appeals.

In addition to family law, Ms. Grillo represents clients in employment law matters, and business disputes – expertise she gained as a partner at a prestigious Baltimore law before starting her own firm.

Ms. Grillo represents clients throughout the State of Maryland, including Howard County, Frederick County, Carroll County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Montgomery County, and Prince Georges’ County.

Ms. Grillo knows that going through any type of litigation, but particularly a divorce or custody case, is stressful and harrowing for clients. She will always keep her clients’ informed and educated about the process so they know what to expect, and how to best achieve their goals. Ms. Grillo is compassionate, reasonable and focused on getting her clients’ the best possible results.

Ms. Grillo is also sensitive to her clients’ financial circumstances and will tailor her approach to any case with that in mind.

Outside of work, Ms. Grillo enjoys spending time with her husband, and daughter, volunteering in her community and at her daughter’s school (where she has served as Girl Scout leader, Girls on the Run Coach, and Auction Chair).

Ms. Grillo is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law (with honors), UMBC, and Seton Keough High School. In law school, Ms. Grillo was a member of school’s trial team, and Moot Court Board.
